Description :
Wanted for the Summer Term or as soon after as possible, an experienced Early Years teacher to work in a class of 19 YR/1 am and 19 Y1/2 pm. This post is due to the promotion of our class teacher to a Deputy Headship in another school.
We seek a caring, patient teacher for our team who will embrace the ethos of Early Years and provide a stimulating child led creative curriculum in KS1 with a view to encouraging this approach throughout the school.
Our current post holder has responsibility for Healthy Schools, Values Education, School Council and Key Stage 1 music. She teaches
Reception children each morning and liaises with the HLTA/cover supervisors who provide creative and physical activities during the afternoons, enabling her to move the older KS1 children on in their learning.
It is vital that the person appointed is a team player.
Visits to the school are encouraged
