We are currently looking to recruit a Fundraising Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis.
The role will be home based until further notice, however once we are safe to return to the offices you will be expected to travel to our centre of engagement in London.
The purpose of the role is to lead audience segmentation, understanding the behaviours of our current supporter audiences, their propensity to donate, and potential new donors. Bringing previous knowledge and expertise to ensure that accurate customer insight is used to improve existing products or design new ones.
Key responsibilities
Alongside the Deputy Fundraising Director (Engagement) and Fundraising Operations Lead, to define the audience strategy and how it delivers our Big Plan.
Continue to drive and enhance our audience understanding capabilities with new and modern solutions and staying up to date with the sector.
Create SQL scripts for data analysis ensuring the data is accurate, complies with business rules and data protection legislation.
Collaborate with technical teams such as the database team, IT and external suppliers to maximise efficiency of data import and exports and ensure accurate, actionable and insightful analysis.
Act as the point of contact for Fundraising leaders in insight led analysis for product performance.
Lead the project to map our current audience segmentation
Utilise insight led research.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills as well as support the charity in our direction, this is a stand alone role, and you will play an integral part of the senior management team.
