In this role you will analyse data from our services to help us improve and have greater impact on equality. You will help design how we measure our new ten year strategy. You will work closely with our services teams. You will create reports for funders, Board and the executive leadership team.
Permanent, 35 hours per week
Location: Here East Press Centre, 14 East Bay Lane, London, E15 2GW with flexibility to work from the office, home or both.
This role will give you the opportunity to apply knowledge of statistics to make a difference. It will give you insight into different teams across Scope. It will also give you the opportunity to collaborate and learn from teams across the organisation. For example, service delivery teams, policy and campaigns and strategy. Itís an exciting time to join Scope as we start on our new ten year strategy, An Equal Future.
The Quantitative Analysis Officer is responsible for:
Measuring the performance of our services and analysing how we can improve.
Designing how we measure our services, working with the Strategy and Impact team.
Building our surveys, working closely with our services team.
Analysing our survey and database data for our internal reports, evaluations, and reports for funders.

We are looking for someone with:
Experience of conducting quantitative research, and knowledge of research methods
A good knowledge of statistics, either from a degree (social science, maths, research methods) or equivalent in work training
A good knowledge of Excel
